Lectric Adds Ebike Retail Showroom in Scottsdale, Arizona

A historic milestone for e-bike enthusiasts has arrived in the desert Southwest. After seven years of dominating the direct-to-consumer e-bike market, the team behind Lectric eBikes is taking its physical retail presence to a whole new level. To celebrate Labor Day weekend, co-founders Levi Conlow and Robby Deziel hosted a high-energy livestream to announce the official ribbon-cutting of Lectric Rides, a brand-new, premier retail showroom in Scottsdale, Arizona.

The Ultimate One-Stop E-Bike Shop

Located at 15205 North Hayden Road, Scottsdale, Arizona (directly across the street from Costco), “Lectric Rides” represents a massive leap forward for the company. Showroom leader Alex, who has been with Lectric for six years, was tasked with bringing this ambitious retail concept to life. The physical space is quadruple or quintuple the size of their former corporate showroom in North Phoenix.

What makes Lectric Rides unique is that it serves as a “one-stop shop” for three distinct, industry-leading brands:

  1. Lectric eBikes: The folding, highly versatile classics that built the company’s massive customer base.
  2. Monarch: The premium, utility-driven line designed to fully replace gas-powered cars.
  3. Juiced Bikes: High-performance, moto-inspired powerhouses designed for thrill-seekers.

Visitors can not only browse and touch the bikes but can also take them for test rides. The showroom also houses a full-service center staffed to handle tuneups, brake changes, tire replacements, and general maintenance. For local buyers, the store will also feature “open box” discount sales, with high-quality bikes starting as low as $650.

Spotlighting the Brands: Specs & Showstoppers

During the livestream, Levi and Rob walked viewers through the top-tier technology that defines each brand in the showroom:

1. Lectric eBikes: The Flagship XP 4

To kick off the celebration, the team highlighted their “bread and butter”—the Lectric XP 4. Dubbed the “Swiss Army knife” of e-bikes, the XP 4 is North America’s number-one selling e-bike model. It features:

  • A compact, foldable frame for easy transport.
  • Upgraded hydraulic disc brakes and front suspension.
  • A bright, easy-to-read TFT display.
  • A premium Shimano Altus drivetrain.

Over the years, Lectric has leveraged this success to expand into trikes, cargo bikes, fat-tire models, and city commuters.

2. Monarch: The Premium Car Replacer

Monarch is a collaborative brand headed by product designer Ryan Callahan and principal engineer Julia Moran. Built with premium components to completely eliminate range anxiety, Monarch features:

  • Dual Batteries as Standard: Paired with a 5-amp fast charger that charges a battery in just 3 hours.
  • A PONG B750 Motor: Paired with a 30-amp controller, putting out an incredible peak power of over 1,700 watts.
  • The “nice fork” (Gnice fork): A custom-designed, patented reverse arch front fork. By placing the arch in the back, the fork provides superior stiffness, control, and comfort during sharp turns or light off-roading.
  • High-end Shimano CUES 9-speed drivetrain and quad-piston hydraulic disc brakes.
  • Interactive touchscreen display and a robust MIK rack system.

3. Juiced Bikes: Moto-Inspired Off-Road Power

For riders seeking speed, performance, and serious off-road styling, Juiced Bikes is back in full force under the guidance of GM Austin Gomes. The featured model was the Juiced Scrambler, available in both hardtail and full-suspension configurations. Inspired heavily by motocross and dirt biking, its specs are jaw-dropping:

  • KK Front and Rear Suspension: True dirt-bike-grade suspension built to handle jumps and intense trails.
  • 52V System: Paired with a 30-amp controller to pump out a massive peak of 1,800+ watts of power.
  • Talon P4 Quad-Piston Brakes for aggressive stopping power.
  • Clean Aesthetic: A massive 52V, 19.2Ah battery (delivering nearly a full kilowatt-hour of power) tucked neatly behind a custom shroud and motocross-style head plate.
