Cyrusher Rover is a New Dual Suspension Ebike

As we kick off the 2025 Ebike Review Season we’ll start with a new model from Cyrusher. The Rover is a $1,699 dual suspension fat tire with 26×4 puncture resistant treads. These are the “steak fries” of the ebike tire world. They are big, beefy and will run over anything in their path.

The Rover comes in blue, black and a nice sage green which is probably the best looking of the three options. You can upgrade to fenders or a larger 20AH battery for an additional charge.

Power comes from a 750 watt brushless rear hub motor that peaks at 1400 watts. Top speed is a class 3 limited, 28 MPH. The battery is 52 Volt 15.6AH for a total of 811 amp hours of life. It will last for 800 charge cycles and get you a claimed range of 50+ miles.

Rover Sizing

I recommend taller riders are a better fit for a stand over 26×4 ebike. They have a big stance. Payload capacity is 350 lbs and it weighs 87 lbs. The standover height is 28 inches with a minimum seat height of 33.8 inches. The length of the ebike is 77 inches from tire tip to tire tip.

Brakes, Gearing, Suspension

This is a torque sensor ebike meaning you will encounter more resistance while pedaling and get more of a workout vs cadence sensor ebikes. Both front and mid suspension modules are oil/spring based with good travel. And you’ll want that travel while off-roading on the Rover which is its intended purpose. This aint no street ebike!

Likes & Dislikes

I’d prefer the stem not to jut out so much which makes you lean forward but being an off-road ebike I guess this is the preferred setup. A spring loaded fork is nothing to write home about. The display is rather basic with few data points.

The dual brakes alights are a nice touch, the Logan brakes are very grippy. Glad the handlebars have a nice rise to them.
