After having ridden and tested the 48 volt RWD drive X7 from Tesway, they recently sent me the AWD version in blue. Buy the Tesway X7 here.
The Tesway X7 AWD is a high-performance, long-range electric bicycle designed for both commuting and off-road adventures, distinguished by its powerful dual-motor all-wheel-drive system. The ebike features a powerful 52V dual-motor setup that delivers a massive 3600W of peak power (2000W rated) and an impressive 200 N.M of torque, allowing it to reach a top speed of 38 MPH. Built with a sturdy, non-foldable aluminum alloy frame in a step-over design, it is engineered to support a maximum payload capacity of 350 LBS.
A major highlight of the X7 AWD is its extended-range battery system. It is equipped with a large 52V 60AH battery that provides an estimated range of up to 200 miles with pedal assist or up to 180 miles on pure electric power. Despite its large capacity, the bike includes a 58.8V 8A fast charger, allowing the battery to be fully recharged in approximately 7 hours.
For a smooth and controlled ride, the ebike utilizes a full suspension system, including a front hydraulic fork and rear spring suspension. Safety is addressed with 4-Piston Dual Hydraulic Brakes on 203mm rotors, which provide confident and reliable stopping power. The bike rolls on rugged 20″ x 4.0″ Kenda Fat Tires for stability and traction across various terrains. Other notable components include a Shimano 7-speed gear system and a smart LCD Full Color Display that features an NFC lock for security. The complete ebike weighs in at 119 LBS.
It doesnt come with any turn signals so if you plan on riding on the street you may want to add some. Having to unlock the bike each time you start is easy but gets a bit annoying. Other than that the AWD offers a ton of power and range and does it in style.
