The XP Trike2 is available for pre-order now for the same starting price as its predecessor, $1,499. The pre-order model comes with the standard 500-watt nominal brushless gear hub motor (1,092 watts peak), a 13 Ah battery capable of reaching up to 50 miles on a single charge, a Support Seat, Suspension Seat Post, and Elite Headlight. These pre-orders are expected to begin shipping at the end of July.
For those seeking even more power, an upgraded XP Trike2 with a 750-watt nominal brushless gear hub motor and a 17.5 Ah battery (capable of reaching up to 70 miles on a single charge) will be available in September for $1,799. This model will also feature an in-house designed torque sensor to help manage power output based on the rider’s pedaling effort, offering a more responsive ride, increased load capacity, and improved hill-climbing ability.
