Revibikes Rebel 2 – $750 Watt for $899!

The Rebel in Wild Green is a looker with those tan sidewalls. Also comes in red, yellow and turquoise. This folding ebike is currently on sale for $899 which makes it a good value for what you get.

It comes 95% pre assembled. You only need to install the pedals and connect the handlebars. I did have an issue with locking the battery on the slide plate but was able to fix it by widening the hole with my drill. Now the battery locks so I can turn it on. A small bolt must be turned out with the key. The seat folds up for easy access to the battery in order to remove it.

Rebel 2 Review

I’ve seen this frame before but Revi did a nice job with the the styling particularly the green color. The other colors don’t really appeal to me but the green with tan sidewalls is a nice look. The folding capability is great for anyone who doesn’t have a bike rack since you can fold it and transport in the back of your car.

What I Like: styling, 15ah battery, hydraulic brakes, good power to weight ratio.

What I don’t: feels a bit small for a anyone over 6 foot tall, battery not locking out of box was annoying.
