Review: Velotric Discover 2 Commuter Style Ebike

So Velotric is on a roll. They have introduced 3 new models so far in 2024, the Fold, the Summit and now the Discover 2, a torque sensor commuter style ebike. Veotric ebikes are more of a premium type of purchase with most of their modes costing around $1,800-$2k with the exception of the Fold that comes in at $1199.

The Discover 2 is a well refined ebike. Due to the ebike tariffs the price went up $200 but even at $1,899 you get a lot for your money. You dont have to worry about water since it is so waterproof, it has ‘apple find my’ in case it gets stolen and the ride is smooth and comfortable thanks to its geometry and swept back handlebar design. It doesn’t not have any major flaws to speak of.
